Weddings

Page Mill Winery Property Rental

$1,500  + Wine Package Cost

Property Rental Includes:  

  • Tasting Room, Outdoor Covered Patio & Upper Deck

  • Tented area with outdoor heaters

  • Lawn area and parking

  • Vineyards available for photos

  • Minimum wedding coordinator fee

  • 2-3 hour set up and breakdown time plus 4 hour event time

  • Dedicated Staff from Page Mill Winery

Wine Package A

Under 40 guests:  $34.95 pp    

40+ guests: $29.95 pp

Includes: Water, Soda, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Wine Package B

Minimum Wine purchase $1,000. Includes your choice of wines at retail price.You keep the unopened bottles. Water and soda not included.

Wine Package A

Under 40 guests:  $34.95 pp    

40+ guests: $29.95 pp

Includes: Water, Soda, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Wine Package B

Minimum Wine purchase $500. Includes your choice of wines at retail price.You keep the unopened bottles. Water and soda not included. 

Wine choices are subject to availability.Equal substitutions may be made.

All beverages must be served by Page Mill Winery staff in accordance with the law. 

Absolutely no outside alcohol may be brought onto our property. If found, a fine will be imposed.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, you can bring in outside vendors. You are not required to but are welcome to use vendors from our preferred vendor list. Please be sure to communicate all vendors that will be onsite that day with your event coordinator.  Caterers are responsible for clean up and removal of garbage.  Page Mill Winery does not supply serving utensils, cutlery, napkins, plates, cups, etc.  If garbage & recycling are not taken off the property, Page Mill will charge $50 for garbage and recycling removal.

No, Page Mill Winery does not allow any outside alcohol to be brought onto our premises, and there are no exceptions to this. If any person is found with outside alcohol on the property, the person responsible for hosting the event will be fined. Our license does not cover any outside alcohol on the property.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome to attend these events. Children must be supervised at all times and may not be in the tasting room unattended. We will require the cooperation of the event host to confirm the number of guests who are not 21 for the evening of your event and reserve the right to request identification of any person in your party. Also, if you choose Wine Package A for either a special event or wedding, children are included in this pricing as well since they will be offered water and soft drinks during your event.

Yes, you may have beer at your event, however, you must choose Wine Package A and there will be an additional $5.00 fee per person based on your total guest count of those who are 21 and over. Guests under 21 will be given a wrist band to wear for the event and will be included in your Wine Package A pricing but will not be subject to the additional $5.00 fee.   There are no exceptions to this policy.

No. All alcohol for your event must be served by a Page Mill staff member. Due to ABC laws and our liability, there is no exception to this.

Your event will have a time slot of 6:00pm to 10:00pm. We allow vendors to begin their set up at 5:00 pm, as our winery is open to the public until 4:30pm. If there is a special circumstance and you need to have your vendors set up earlier than 5:00pm, you will need to pre-arrange this with your event coordinator.

We require renters to use our events coordinator at a minimum (her fee is included in the rental price) and includes 3 visits. Renters may contract with her for more coordination if they do not already have a wedding coordinator.

While Page Mill does not have a bridal suite, we do have one bathroom she is welcome to use for final touches.

If we opt to do Wine Package B vs Wine Package A for our wedding or event, is there a way to have water and sodas included in that package as well?
Yes, we would be able to accommodate this request for a minimal fee based on your total guest count.

 

It depends on the season and what type of event you are wanting to have.  For a seated event in the warmer months, we have the ability to hold a maximum of 65 people using the outside spaces.  For a standing event (cocktail style), we could have 75-85 max.  For an event during the cooler months, when the patio is enclosed, we would suggest a maximum of 50 guests, seated and 60 max. for a standing event.  Please keep in mind, some of the furniture in the covered patio area, must remain there.  During your tour, we can show you what can and cannot be removed for your event.
